The “Spring” of Royal Cat


At present, R&D of the company’s new Royal Cat products, Wangdao and Ronghe, are smooth. Now, procedures including label design, proof making, finalization, and label detection have been completed. The two new products are scheduled to enter the market during the 2017 Spring Festival. Introductions of the two products are as follows.

 

1. Royal Cat (Wangdao)

Qin is also known as Wangdao. The creative point is taken from the vice-type of the Chinese character “王”. The whole package is like the dress suit of the Qin Dynasty. At that time, black was regarded as the symbol of supreme ruling power. Both the upper and lower parts are black, with a red and golden belt in the middle, showing the conciseness and strength of the royal.

Wangdao has three most eye-catching characteristics:

First, three kinds of high-quality tobacco leaves are mixed together: selenium-rich tobacco leaves imported from Zimbabwe, Pakistan and Zambia are mixed with domestic tobacco leaves produced in Yunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, etc. The excellent sugar-alkali ratio of 1: 1 has been patented. Its production has 36 steps, and one specialized processing line. Full Maillard reaction has produced a mixture of the smell of tobacco leaves, fragrance, and royal fragrance, forming a unique style.
Second, three tools are arranged in a clever way: high air-permeable cigarette paper, perforated tipping paper and grooved cigarette holders are arranged carefully to reduce coke and other harms.     

Third, three-color packaging: the package is colored deep black, red and golden. Black, a non-fashionable color now, has a clear meaning. It indicates a resolute and decisive character.

 

2. Royal Cat (Ronghe)

Low coke and high fragrance will make you feel relaxed and comfortable, demonstrating its distinguished quality. Plant and tobacco leaf patterns are blended to form a new pattern of plant leaves, manifesting royal incense. The overall design gives people an antique, melodious and soul-stirring feeling. The package is colored royal golden brown, which highlights the royal noble descent, manifesting a solemn and dignified character.

The original Ruiye, with the mature Zimbabwe raw tobacco leaves, interprets the harmonious and natural “half-tobacco and half-grass”. Combined with a special production process of fine cigarettes, we took into full consideration of the width of the cut tobacco, the use of thin pieces, mixture uniformity and other factors. The following will introduce this unique “half-tobacco and half-grass”.

The half tobacco is made by compounding the selenium-rich tobacco imported from Zimbabwe, Pakistan, and Zambia and domestic tobacco produced in Yunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, etc. Half-grass enjoys the patent of deeply processing the thin pieces of natural plants (Ruiye). A ratio of 50:50 of half tobacco and half grass greatly reduces 7 harmful components of tobacco. Details of the 36 production steps are fully optimized, resulting in a harmonious coordination of floral, spicy, fruit, sweet and tobacco smells. 

 

The package of Royal Cat (Ronghe) is colored royal golden brown, which is antique. It is decorated with plant and tobacco leaf patterns, which are marvelous.

 

R & D personnel of "Wangdao" and "Ronghe", two new cigarettes, have made a lot of effort, from the external packaging to the intrinsic quality. On top of the appearance competition is the culture and product quality behind package design. Only when they “go” into the consumer’s subconscious and understand the immediate concern of the consumer, can a good-looking and high-quality product be created. Then the product will have room to improve its reputation and the influence of its brand. In current market competition, only characteristic and high-quality products, rich in culture and content, can be accepted and recognized by consumers. It is hoped that the two new tobacco products, with the efforts of all staff, can withstand competition in the tobacco industry and the severe pressure of the market, in order to create a brilliant future for the tobacco company.
